Match each Nailoli nail to your size using the sizing chart on your product page, then apply an adhesive tab or a thin layer of glue and press firmly for 10 to 30 seconds. Smooth the edges and you're set. Nailoli nails come pre-shaped, so there's no filing involved.

Match each nail to your size using the sizing chart, measuring at the widest point where your nail meets your skin. Signature sets are sized per finger, so it's normal to land on a mix of sizes across one hand.

Applying Your Nails

Three steps, shown in order below.

Step 1

Prep Your Natural Nails

Push back cuticles gently with the cuticle pusher, then lightly buff the surface of each nail to remove shine. Wipe with the alcohol pad to clear away oil and lotion.

Apply & Press

Peel a tab or apply a thin line of glue, then press the nail on firmly and hold for 10 to 30 seconds depending on your method.

Seal the Edges

Press along the edges to seal, wipe away any excess glue, then move on to the next nail.

How to Remove Press-On Nails Without Damage

  1. Soak your fingertips in warm, soapy water for 10 minutes.
  2. Gently ease each nail off from the side. Never pull, twist, or peel.
  3. Still stuck? Soak a few more minutes rather than forcing it.

How long do Nailoli press-on nails last?

With proper application, a set typically lasts one to two weeks. Adhesive tabs give a quicker, gentler hold; nail glue creates a stronger bond that wears closer to the two-week mark.

Should I use nail glue or adhesive tabs?

Adhesive tabs are faster and easier on your natural nail, so they're good for a few days or a special occasion. Glue lasts longer. Every set includes both, so it really comes down to what you need that week.

Do press-on nails damage your natural nails?

Not if you apply and remove them the right way. Most damage happens when someone forces a nail off. Soak first, then ease it off gently rather than pulling or peeling.

Can I reuse my Nailoli nails?

Yes, with a bit of care. Clean off any leftover adhesive after you remove them and keep the set in the included case until you wear it again.

What if my nail size is between two sizes?

Try a nail sized for the finger next to it first, swapping between fingers is fine. If nothing in your set fits a particular nail, email support@nailoli.com and we'll help you sort it out.

Do I need to file or shape my press-on nails?

No. They arrive fully shaped and finished, and filing can actually throw off that finish, so it's best to leave them as they are.

What are Nailoli nails made of?

Can I shower or wash my hands with press-on nails on?

After the first hour, sure, normal handwashing is fine. Just skip long soaks or heavy scrubbing early on since the bond hasn't fully set yet.
